Brief Answer:
Viral infection...advice as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

1. Can you please provide a photo of the skin rash, so I can analyze it further before giving a final conclusion? Can you also say for how long have you had such symptoms?

2. Based on what you are describing, it seems that you are going through a viral infection. The symptoms would persist for up to 3 weeks in such case.

Benadryl will help with the rash while ibuprofen with fever and headache.
I also advise to :
- get more rest
- increase fluids intake (tea, water, chicken soup, etc.)
- take multivitamin supplement, containing vit.C, B complex and magnesium to help with muscle stiffness and fatigue

If the symptoms will persist for a few more days, then, I recommend to consult further with your doctor for further evaluation as you might need specific treatment.

Wish fast recovery!

Sorry - I cannot provide a picture, unsure how to upload to this computer from my phone. It started 2 days ago. It is not raised, but circular red spots that do not itch excessively, just randomly. Covers face, chest, arms, legs and today my back. My mother suggested all the things you mentioned and I have been doing what she said. I was hoping to be better quicker, and go back to work. What is the time I should stay home with this? Return to work when there is no longer any fever? I also noticed that today, I ache in my legs - is that normal too?

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

1. Definitely, it is from virus.

2. It will take a few more days to recovery 10 days to 2 weeks.

3. To my opinion, you should see your doctor in order to start taking anti-viral medication to speed up recovery time and get back work earlier.

Wish fast recovery!
