Question : I had a laparoscopy assisted hysterectomy with bladder repair six weeks ago . I fell yesterday landing mostly on my right buttock . Should I call my doctor or be concerned that this may have damaged some part of my surgery . I am sore and continue to have some pinkish discharge which I have had all along .

Six weeks after the surgery your tissues are strong enough to do not get ruptured due to such injury. Tissues inside the abdomen heal much quicker than muscles and skin.
So there is no need to be worried or alarmed. And no need to call your doctor as long as there is no new symptoms including fever or ample bleeding.
