Brief Answer:
Oral ivermectin, treat family members also

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.

The key to treatment of scabies is that everyone in the family should be examined and treated in similar way.
Since you have already applied permethrin, I would insist that everyone in your family should apply permethrin.

Also I would recommend oral ivermectin 12 mg in two dose separated by one week.
Apply betamethasone and fusidic acid based cream twice a day for 10-15 days over itchy areas.
Take oral antihistaminics for itching as required.
Launder clothes and beddings in warm water.
Maintain proper hygiene.
The permethrin application can be repeated after one week if not cured.

Hope this will take care of your issue
Thank you
