Hello

Probably you have developed atopic dermatitis an allergic reaction.
Your description is not suggestive of shingles.

Brief Answer:
Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
You have developed urticaria an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with an oral antihistamine tablet like cetrizine to be taken daily at bed time for a week.
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for the same duration.
This combination works well and is safe and effective.
You can try this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
