Use calamine lotion. Give cetirizine.

Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached image. The rash does not look concerning. Give her some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily. Apply some emollient like calamine lotion or some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion. Hopefully it would go away in a couple of days.
