Question : I have a rash around my mouth red with white pimples on it what can it be .I'm allergic to contrast XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like folliculitis a bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antibiotics.
Take a course of tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for a week in consultation with your doctor and apply ointment mupirocine twice daily for a week.
This combination works well.
This rash might be secondary to an underlying allergic reaction, if you had taken contrast XXXXXXX recently.
