What Causes Rashes At The Corners Of The Mouth?

Question: Hi Doctor,
I am in new york, landed here yesterday from XXXXXXX since then i have developed some fungal infections on side of lips and also getting some dried blood clots from nose.
Temperature here is -10 around. I am having one anti allergic medicine which have taken twice.
please see attached images and suggest what can I do abt this. Is it because of cold or some kind of allergy.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Looks like herpes infection, apply topical antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is not looking like a fungal infection.
Instead it's looking like a herpes infection most likely which is a viral infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
If this is associated with itching then you can take the tablet you are having that is fexofenadine ( allegra ).
The clots you are getting from nose can be due to picking or blowing nose or due to low temperatures.
