Brief Answer:
Folliculitis; oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

I suggest a possibility of folliculitis which is bacterial infection of the hair follicles. Sweating, heat and humidity are factors that favor folliculitis.

If I was the treating doctor I would suggest a course of an oral antibiotic e.g Amoxycillin 500 mg thrice daily for a week.

Topically you may apply an antibacterial cream e.g 2% mupirocin cream (T-Bact cream) twice daily.

These are prescription products and you must take these under supervision of a doctor. I suggest that you visit a skin specialist in your vicinity for the needful.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Not Chickenpox

Hi.

No, this is not chickenpox. This is only a heat rash with folliculitis. I suggest you to stay in AC as much as possible and go ahead with the treatment after consultation with your doctor.
