Hi,

The rash on your forearms associated with light-headedness when changing diet is suggestive for possible food allergy.

However, I need to know:
- if you have started any new food recently?
- any new medication you have started prior to rash?
- any new detergent or soap used recently?

Continue taking antihistamine medication orally and apply cortisone cream for few days. If no improvement, should consult with dermatologist for further evaluations!
