Question: I have a genital skin problem. It is on my left butt cheek, inner thigh, and labia. I tested negative for herpes, HPV, and aides. I have little vaginal odor and discharge. I have some pain during intercourse until I become more aroused. I'm on the depot shot, so that could be why. Please help

Brief Answer:
Can be folliculitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the image attached. If you have tested negative for herpes then it could be due to folliculitis. The mild vaginal odor and discharge can be due to a vaginal infection. A vaginal swab culture will help in proper diagnosis. You need oral antibiotics to deal with this problem. Do consult your gynecologist and get the proper prescriptions.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
