Brief Answer:
Fungal infection of the penis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you are having fungal infection of the penis which will require treatment. Here is what you should do

1. keep the area clean and moist free
2. Tab fluconazole is a wonderful drug for the infection. It has to be taken twice daily for 7 days. You can also apply candid cream over the infected area
3. Give your urine for testing to rule out urinary tract infection
4. Avoid sex until you are treated as there is risk of transmitting to your wife
5. Once the infection has settled you can use tab sildenafil for a strong erection, half hour before sex

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Brief Answer:
Erectile dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back, I am sorry for the short delay in my reply there was a family emergency.

Stress and infection can cause erectile dysfunction. you should be able to regain strength soon. Using sildenafil tablets will not cause you to use it permanently, you can stop it once you can gain erection naturally. However I recommend you to avoid sex until the infection has settled
