Question : Hi doc, my father 66 year old diabetic and hypertensive on treatment having indigestion and rashes with itching since few hours. What could be the cause and how can he be treated?
Brief Answer:
Possible food allergy or unnoticed insect sting
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
As per your symptoms, this could possibly be related to food allergy.
An unnoticed insect bite can also be a possibility.
Since you have given Chlorphenramine, it should work well in all such cases.
In case if he started taking a new drug, kindly let me, since many new drugs will cause itching if they are found allergic.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
