Brief Answer:
It can be due to post transplant immunosuppressive therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be allergic rash due to post transplant immunosuppressive therapy but also that post transplant immunocompromised state may also trigger frequent fungal or viral infections. Though the onset is only for a while now so it's difficult to label as infective one at this moment unless features like fever, severe inflammation, vesicles or discharge present.

Hopefully it will resolve at its own though for itching anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine can be used alongwith OTC analgesics like acetaminophen. Topical steroids can also be used if non infective or allergic nature is confirmed. If these rashes progress kindly get these reviewed by a dermatologist in detail and have a platelet count and Clotting profile done as well.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
