                                    Brief Answer:
Looks like endogenous eczema, mild steroid & moisturising lotion
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like a case of endogenous eczema.
If I was his treating doctor I would recommend him to apply mild steroid cream like clobetasone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with a good quality moisturising lotion like venussia lotion or Cetaphil moisturising lotion on the entire body twice daily for 10-14 days.
Besides this make him wear cotton clothes, keep him in cool airy environment and use mild soap for bathing.
This should resolve the problem.
