What Causes Rashes On The Elbows?

Question: Flu like stptoms at first, now rash that started on elbows few days ago, now on legs, arms, chest. Extremely itchy. Headache, ittitated throat. Rash on palms of hands also. Bloody mucus. Very concerned about cause of rash. I am checking for my daughter

I have gone through your complaints and their are few possibilities: either viral exanthem or drug rash.
Have to taken any medicine prior to the onset of rash?
What is the duration of rash?
Kindly revert with the answers.
If possible upload the pictures of the rash so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition.
