I just noticed this little rash on my neck. it does not hurt what could it be from? I don't see any others on my body like that. is it anything to worry about?

I read carefully your question and I saw carefully your photos.
From what I am seeing it may be like a small patch of a fungal infection or eczema. It is localized in an area where can be humid from the sweating so it makes the area prone to develop this kind of infections.
I would recommend to apply Ketoconazole 2% crema, twice/day for 2 weeks.
If not better after the first week, or if worse, then switch to Hydrocortisone 1% cream, once/day for 1 week.
Try to keep that area as dry as is possible.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
