Question: Rash on Penis, sore, touch of blood. Probably resulting from the use of a vibrator held right on my penis. How do I cure it?

You might have developed this rash from friction or injury due to use of vibrator.
I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 7-8 days.
