Brief Answer:
Upload the pictures, may be folliculitis,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
I would like to see the lesion, so kindly upload the pictures, so that I can provide you specific advice.
I would like to know few more information like
Your age?
Since when you are facing this problem?
Are you sexually active?

Based on the information I feel it might be folliculitis but requires examination to confirm. Presently I would suggest you to wash the area with cool water and use antiseptic soap. Apply neosporin ointment. If it itches use oral antihistamine like cetirizine.
Hope this helps
Take care
