Question : Recently developed a rash on my upper arms and legs (thought it was an allergic reaction), had body aches and fever the last two days now developed white sore under my tongue. Could it all be associated with the flu?
Brief Answer:
Observe, it should heal by 2 to 3 days, if hurts apply dentogel
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query, the sores may be very red, or may have small white patches in the middle. They can occur due to dehydration, post any infection, or stress, or may be due to some minor injury that occurs while chewing which often we don't feel.
Presently I would suggest you to observe it, it should heal by two to three days. Meanwhile if it hurts you can apply a dentogel solution to it, it is available as over the counter medication.
If possible upload picture, if it can be clicked, for better assessment
Hope this helped.
Take care.
