Brief Answer:
Observe, it should heal by 2 to 3 days, if hurts apply dentogel

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

I have gone through your query, the sores may be very red, or may have small white patches in the middle. They can occur due to dehydration, post any infection, or stress, or may be due to some minor injury that occurs while chewing which often we don't feel.

Presently I would suggest you to observe it, it should heal by two to three days. Meanwhile if it hurts you can apply a dentogel solution to it, it is available as over the counter medication.

If possible upload picture, if it can be clicked, for better assessment

Hope this helped.

Take care.
