Did the rash come up only since last three to four days or was it present earlier also and increase recently? If yes, please tell since when do you have it?
What all have you been applying over it?
Any similar lesions over rest of the body?

                                    Brief Answer:
Infectious eczema , take proper treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
You seem to have developed an infectious eczema.
Soframycin and candiderma would not help you. You need to apply an antibiotic steroid combination cream like flutibact cream or fucibet cream over the affected areas twice a day .
In addition, take some oral antihistamine like levocetrizine once a day .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it . Do not use things like dettol or savlon . You can wash it with a plain soap water and then apply the medicine.
It should get better in five to seven days of regular treatment .
