Question : I have a raspy voice and feels like something is in my throat when I swallow, what do you think it could be?

Raspy voice and foreign body sensation in throat at your age requires thorough assessment and evaluation by ENT Surgeon especially so if the symptoms are of lon duration.
I would suggest you to consult ENT surgeon for further clinical examination and assessment. In the meantime i would suggest you warm normal saline gargling( to a glass of lukewarm water add 2 spoon common table salt ) twice a day.
