Question : The inside of my vagina walls feel as though they are raw. I have a little extra discharge than normal. I have been in a monogamous relationship for 3 years, so no chance of STD. I stayed in wet clothes and underwear this weekend all day. I have been diagnoses with lichen simplex chronicus so I know I am easily irritated. Is there any OTC medication or natural treatment that would help this?

1. This happened because of vaginal dryness occuring because of temporary hormonal changes.

2. You can use estorgen cream or gel available OTC for few days.

3. These will reduce itching and dryness.
