Question : Hi, I have been having strange re-occurring symptoms as sudden freezing that only a hot bath can alleviate, recently I have been getting, easily, tingling feelings, like when one sits on their legs and blood doesn't go to their legs (this happens easily when I lie down, sits, or don't move too often or just in my hands), and I have intermittent nerve pain in spots like a flu (the pain comes and goes). I am 40 years old.
p.s. I don't smoke, I eat very well, but don't exercise. My blood pressure is good.

                                    Brief Answer:
Following cause to sudden freezing
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
As you are having re-occurring symptoms of sudden freezing, tingling feelings, they might be related to:
- hormonal imbalance: e.g. thyroid hormones. I advise to get thyroid function test and measure other hormones levels to determine if they are the cause
- diabetes : measure fasting blood sugar and HbA1C level
- neuropathy: after physical examination and EMG testing
- blockage of legs blood vessels to rule out through Doppler ultrasound
You can discuss with your doctor about these tests.
