Brief Answer:
No you are not going into multiorgan failure

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

No , there is no reason for you to go in to multiorgan failure.
Since you have taken dulcolax, I presume you suffer from constipation.
Rectal bleeding in someone with constipation could be due to hemorrhoids or fissure.
Since you have mentioned that it was bright red blood which indicates that the source of bleeding is lower down in the colon and anorectum, hemorrhoids/fissures are more likely than any other causes.

But since you are 64 years old, a third possibility should also be considered which is malignancy.

I would advice you to get a colonoscopy done to look for the source of bleeding.

I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
