Question : Hi. I have had several cases of rectal bleeding recently. Along with a clear liquid diacharge from the anus and smaller more often bowel movements and increases flatulance. Could this be from haemahrroids or something other than cancer? I have also had a lot of strange nosies coming from my stomach and anus and a tight feelinf of pressure justt to the right if my belly button. Thanks

Brief Answer:
Probably Inflammed Hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

The information you have provided points to Hemorrhoids and/or Collitis

Is there associated mucus discharge ?

Are you constipated ?

Do you have a feeling of passing stool after taking meals ?

Is something coming out of anus ?

Is there pain or burning while passing stool ?

Revert back with the information and I will help you out ?

Regards

The discharge seems to be a clear liquid so if mucus is jelly like then no. I am occasionaly constapated but it does not last longer than a day. Yes when i eat i normally feel like i need to pass a stool. There is not normally pain or burning when i pass a stool. Thanks

Brief Answer:
More of collitis than hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in again

It seems more of collitis and not hemprrhoids, yet I can confirm only after physically examining the patient

I would suggest you start with a probiotic twice a day for seven to ten days

Add a tablet of Norfloxacillin and Ornidazole twice a day for seven days

If this does not help you need to get a examination done by a surgeon

Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern
