Question : After scratching my rectal area many times and seeing blood, i have lost sensation and muscle movement, i have been to the er twice, what do i do?I have been having back pains but i have been able too poop and have not seen blood recentlyI am very scared..

1. Anal fissure : It is more likely if the bleeding or bowel movements are painful
2. Hemorrhoids : It usually causes painless bright bleeding
Exact diagnosis will depend on good clinical examination of anal region followed by per rectal examination. What was the opinion of ER physician?

I thought the er physician didnt do a thorough examination, i have been havibg an issue where i know i had to poop b4 but it was a diminished feeling than normal
