Question : Me and my boyfriend ran out of condoms on Friday last week and decided to have anal sex, we haven't done it in a while and I would like to note that his penis is rather big. We haven't done it gradually enough because I experimented quite a pain afterwards, nonetheless next day I woke up with bumps around my rectum and vulva looking like ingrown hair, and mucus coming out with stool, bowel movement and little bit of bleeding here and there but just drops. I would like to note that I shaved area around my rectum and vulva and public hair night before Friday. I am experiencing pain while going to the bathroom.

We used coconut oil as lubricant and we always do and it never bothers me. What is it ? Should I see my gyno asap ?

Read the history carefully and understood your concerns.

The shaved area can show the ingrown hair like picture and particularly when smeared with oil.
The trauma caused by anal intercourse is causing another symptoms as you have detailed.

I would advise you to consult either a Gynecologist or a General Surgeon(preferably) as clinical evaluation of that area and examination will get the clear diagnosis and advocate you proper management.

Till then I would advise you the following:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Apply liquid Povidone iodine to the affected area to make it sterile and avoid secondary infection.
Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
