Question : Hello there, question:
I have air bubbles around my upper belly botton( more right sided ).
I can push and it moves away and all seem to be normal but it comes back in some time.
No pain.
Last year I ate during the week for almost en entire year a lot of raw veggies ( most bell peppers, fennel, beats ) , at least ( all at once ) 1 1/2 - 2 pounds. I start having sharp pains here and therefore I stopped .
Also I noticed that coffe and chocolate isn't feeling too good anymore, so I stopped. Just some days ago.
I have no pain but a discomfort with a bit burning along the center crossing the belly bottom if I eat food with low Ph or for example chocolate.
Sometimes I have little pinches here and there.
I eat very healthy ( all my food comes from farmers at the market ) but I developed very bad habits; eating late and a lot , drinking not enough , going without food for a long time. Also I was on antibiotics twice last year ( sinus infection). a
I hope it's not a hernia. rAny idea

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. your symptoms may be due to :
- GERD ( acid reflux)
- IBS
- gallbladder issues
2. You are reporting that you eat a lot in one meal and than you stay for more hours without meal.
These habits aggravate your symptoms, but firstly you should avoid the issues that I mentioned above.
Meantime I would suggest to use :
- simethicone
- PPI's like prilosec OTC
- take plenty of water
- eat often and small amount of meal ( 5 times per day)
Hope it was helpful to you!
