Brief Answer:
HPV infection cannot be cured.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani

I appreciate your concerns.
At the outset I would like to inform you that once HPV infection occurs, it cannot be cured.

Recurrance of wart lesions can occur after years from the previous infection too.
I would suggest you to see dermatologist or gynecologist for its removal.
They can remove them either by excising or freezing ( cryocautery).
I hope this helps. If you have further concerns, I willbe happy to answer.
