Brief Answer:
Possibilities.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You need to check for the following as well:
1) Acute gastritis with Hydrogen breath test for Hpylori infection
2) Non ulcer Dyspepsia
3) Gall stones with Ultrasound abdomen
4) Anxiety neurosis by psychiatric screening
All of the above are possible to have high heart rate.
I suggest you to be on a trial of Pantaprazole 40mg once a day before breakfast for 3 weeks. Avoid onion, chocolate, potatoes, coffee and be regular with meal timings.
Hope this is useful information.
