What Causes Recurrent Furunculosis?

Question: I have abcess like sores in my pelvic region...started on my butt then went between my legs when the erupt soild white tissue is forced out leaving a crater behind to heal
And it cyclical every thing is ok then couple months later it returns I now have one on my monds the size of a walnut and is extremly painful
