Brief Answer:
Repeat ultrasound after one week

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Lonopin injection is given in antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and thrombotic disorders, which can cause recurrent miscarriages in pregnancy.
However, lonopin injection is generally started once the cardiac activity of the fetus is there.
I will suggest you to repeat the ultrasound after one week, if the cardiac activity is not there, then you should stop taking the lonopin injection as it has no role if the cardiac activity is not visible.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
