Brief Answer:
Seems to be apthous ulcer..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

Thanks for the reply..

As per your answers it seems like a recurring apthous ulcer and need not to worry about it as it is not fatal..
It can occur due to a few causes like deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, acid reflux, physical trauma etc.

I would suggest you to start taking multivitamin [iron, Vitamin B complex and folic acid] supplement daily..
When there is an ulcer you can apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine or Choline salicylate over it..
You can also gargle with a solution soda bicarb in water.
Do warm saline gargles..
Avoid spicy foods..

Follow for a month and revert back to me with the response of the treatment..

Wish you a good health..

Thanks and regards.
