Question : I have reacuring pain behind the rt knee on the outside of the back of the knee. Comes and goes, comes when I walk and makes it hard to bend the knee, and hard to sit down,

Could this come from Chrondromalicia arthritis, and to much walking.

I have had chondromalacia for years got it while in the Army, now could it be getting worse.
