Question : I have reacuring pain behind the rt knee on the outside of the back of the knee. Comes and goes, comes when I walk and makes it hard to bend the knee, and hard to sit down,

You seem to be having degenerative centres in your knee due to arthritis which can cause meniscus injury.

This kind of chronic intro can cause the symptoms you mentioned. You can use a hinged knee brace. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting, climbing stairs and kneeling. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Get an Xray and MRI to confirm.

Could this come from Chrondromalicia arthritis, and to much walking.

I have had chondromalacia for years got it while in the Army, now could it be getting worse.
