Brief Answer:
Needs investigations as per the history you have provided.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Nice to see you again after XXXXXXX 4.
We had discussions for a few times, gone through it also.
The pain is more frequent and sometimes to your back side and top front of stomach.
Also noted that you eat low carb diet, more water for months and loosing weight successfully, 35 lbs by XXXXXXX 4.
Since there is a pain, there is referred pain and you are loosing weight, I would advise you the following.
- Ultrasonography of the abdomen, to be followed by CT scan if there is suspicion of some lump or inflammation so.
- Upper GI and lower GI endoscopy,
- Stool test for days including occult blood.
- Routine tests of blood and urine.

This is either to confirm or rule out the possible causes of such a pain that you have explained about.
Since the pain is of a long duration, this needs to be investigated ASAP, irrespective of the diet you are following for loosing weight as you are 50 years old.

I hope this answers your query and help you to get a proper and early diagnosis, please feel free to ask for relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Better to rule out the other causes of weight loss and symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi , Welcome back to HCM

Weight loss of 10 lbs in just 17 days - I am worried as I explained above.

No one would like the deductibles and the costs but to rule out any serious underlying disease is far more important.

Consult a Gastroenterologist and undergo the tests required.

Please get the tests done and let me know the reports.

Regards
