I have studied your case.
There is probably systemic generalized skin involvement leading to bruising all over body.
Another possibility of drug reaction if you are taking any new drug.
Hemophilia may present with bruises and swelling.

They are tiny dime sized brownish grey spots I keep. Noticing in the back of my thighs? Could this be kidney or liver related???

Its difficult to comment with out clinical examination origin of brownish gray spots.

In liver disease there can be eruption of such spots.
