Question : I get cough and throat infection alway after every 2-3 days and this is continous from past 1 year.

This I say because your problem is occurring every 2 to 3 days and is continuous since past 1 year. I would prescribe my patients with similar complaints, Tablet Montek LC depending on their symptoms. The long term management would be to avoid the trigger or allergen like avoid exposure to dust, pollen etc. Hope this helps.
