Brief Answer:
ECG to rule out dysrrhythmias, and serum electrolytes levels should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. Flutter feeling of chest and twitches in eyes and legs can occur in electrolyte imbalance. Magnesium deficiency can cause this. So a serum electrolyte should be done to rule out this.

Same time ECG also should be taken to rule out any dysrrhythmias of heart.

Magnesium deficiency is usually seen in people taking mostly refined and processed foods. Whole grains , vegetables and fruits should be included in such case.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
