Question : Hello,
I'm 45 years old male. I'm 182 cm in height and 100 kgs in weight.
I'm feeling recently mild head aches that comes and goes and that gets better by Panadol .I especially feel the pain in the morning when I get up from the bed and when I go to the bathroom and try to pressure and poop or even if I release gas it also hurts in my head for several seconds.

Can I know what I'm having and what is the treatment ?

Do you have symptoms while coughing or bending over.
Most of these headaches are called cough headaches and are usually harmless
and paracetamol should take care of the headache.

Do you have symptoms of dizziness or imbalance or vomiting or blurring of vision or double vision?
In case you have any of these symptoms then i suggest you get a consultation from a neurologist to look for neurological problems
