What Causes Recurring Pain At The Top Of The Malleolar Zone?

default
Posted on Fri, 24 Jun 2016
Question: I have a pain in the area connecting my foot to my leg, on the top. It comes and goes, but is aggravated when I do a lot of walking. I think it is a tendon. When it is acting up, i can hardly walk because putting pressure on that foot or bending it up toward my leg (as one does when walking) is so painful. What can i do to prevent this?

This pain started about 6 months ago at work while i was walking fast and pushing a cart that is semi heavy. The pain stops when i rest, i havent changed footwear recently, and do not have flat feet. I do, however, have brittle bones. My parents were told when i was born that i did, and since then i have broken several bones very easily. I didnt know this could be related
