Brief Answer:
Can be IBS if all the tests are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and history.

Noted that all the reports are normal; the pain is recurring - lower half of the front of abdomen - ranges > twisted / pressure / tightness... Associated with nausea.

May know if you have any more associated symptoms like bloating , change of bowel habits, urinary symptoms ?
Any factors that relieves the pain or increases the pain?
Since when have you got this problem ?
What are the tests done till now ?

In the absence of any positive tests (as mentioned by you), or if there are no other specific symptoms other than nausea, the most probable diagnosis is about the IBS- Irritable Bowel syndrome.

I would advise you to take an opinion of a Gastroenterologist to get a proper physical examination, further investigations as per His / Her advise and get an appropriate treatment.

I would advise a few simple tests if not yet done:
X-ray of the whole abdomen in standing position.
Enteroclysis / Barium studies.
In additions to the ones you must been done with like:
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasonography and / or CT scan of the abdomen.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications if you feel there is a gap of communication.
