Brief Answer:
Need for thorough investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed multiple pyodermas.
Since you are developing recurrent lesions ,it is important to find the cause of such a recurrence.
Get a fasting blood glucose level testing done .
Get a pus culture and sensitivity done from the pus discharge.
You might need a long term corse of antibiotics which can be started after the above reports .
For the time being ,keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected area twice daily .
Use an antiseptic soap like dettol for taking bath .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the body .
Wear cotton clothes so as to decrease sweating and prevent further friction.

You can follow up with the above reports

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Antibiotics for recurrent skin infections

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Amoxycillin clavulanic acid combination is the best antibiotic for such infections .
You have already taken it earlier and can repeat a seven day corse of the same if the infection tends to recur .'
Other options include tablet azithromycin 500 mg once a day for five days .
In case you still develop recurrence ,you might need higher antibiotics like linezolid.

Brief Answer:
Take antibiotics under medical supervision

Detailed Answer:
No you cannot continue this antibiotic for a month . No antibiotics have to be taken for so long continously without medical supervision.
You can take for a maximum of ten days .
You can get a complete blood hemogram done to see if there is any blood infection as well .
