Question : My wife is having these small pimples from 3 weeks. Very rarely she also has itching. At times she realises that it has reduced a bit, but again it increases. Can you please suggest a remedy.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is acne. It happens due to blockage of sebaceous glands.
I treat such cases with adapalene gel in night and clindamycin gel in morning.
This combined approach gives excellent response within 15 days.
