Question: small lump on penis that comes and goes. looks like veins?

notice it in mornings and evenings. seems to be gone during the day. could it have something to do with the cold.

no pain and nothing else unusual.

The penis including glans is made up of ''erectile blood spaces''.
The small lump is a collection of blood vessels and when filled will be seen as depicted in the photo.
There are no symptoms and this lumps is not causing any problem just take this as a normal variation.
