Question : I'm a 21 y.o male whose had an enlarged lymph node in my neck for 2 1/2 months after pink eye. Node seems to swell up and go back down. I'm also not sure if it's XXXXXXX or not. It'll move left to right but not up and down. I'm kind of concerned about it now that it's been a while and hasn't gone down

Brief Answer:
no need for concerns

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Swollen lymlh nodes may persist for lifetime in some cases. It may also be fibroma or lipoma or reaction to any inflammatory process in our body. If there is no pain or redness or fast growing then you dont need to be concerned, this is commonly seen and isnt indicating any pathology. If there is pain, redness, fever or weight loss then ultrasound and cytopunction should be done. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
i dont think this is cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
It may be painful from time to time but only if there is increasing pain and redness, it may be something significant. Otherwise, I suggest to wait and see if symptoms improve, If not, you should do tests I have recommended.
