Brief Answer:
Possible causes urethritis, pudendal neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Possible causes of your concerns are urethritis, a infection of urethra by bacteria ( e.coli eg.) or viruses ( herpes, cytomegalovirus eg.), or if no infection, then symptoms may be caused by pudendal neuropathy ( pudendal nerve damage).

If you start having burning and urination problems, chills, then most probably we are in front of infection and you need tests ( urinalysis) in order to confirm/exclude it.

Pudendal neuropathy or neuralgia manifests with symptoms such hypersensitivity, tingling, numbness, pain in genital area and later on urinary incontinence. Those symptoms are worsened by sitting position.

I suggest you to discuss with your primary care Doctor about these issues and tests needed to confirm diagnosis.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
