Question : My husband"s scrotum is very red and oozing. He also has red marks on his upper thighs.

Brief Answer: Fungal infection of the groin region Detailed Answer: Hi I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same . Your husband seems to have developed a fungal infection of the groin region . He should apply a topical antifungal cream like canestan cream over the affected areas twice a day . Do not apply any other cream or oil over it . He should wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating . Use the medicine regularly for atleast two weeks .
