Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have read your question and I have noted your concern.

You seem to have bacterial skin and soft tissue infection. Recurrent bacterial infection in groins is most likely due to bacterial colonisation wih staph aureus. I would suggest a course of an Oral antibiotic e.g Augmentin 1000mg (Amoxicillin + clavulanate), twice daily for a week. Topically you may use an antibiotic cream e.g 2% mupirocin ointment (bactroban ointment), twice daily for a week. These are prescription products and I suggest you to use them under supervision of a doctor in your vicinity.
Also use an antibacterial soap for bath. You may also take an oral antiinflammatory/ painkiller e.g ibuprofen, twice daily, for symptomatic relief from pain and swelling.

Regards
