Brief Answer:
Likely to be folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXX

From the clinical photograph provided it appears to be folliculitis. It usually happens due to inflammation of hair follicle.

I would suggest you the following
1. Hot Seitz bath : To a tub of lukewarm water add handful of common table salt. Sit in it for 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day.
2. Local application : Mupirocin ointment applied thrice a day
3. Oral antibiotic: Co-Amoxiclav will be helpful
4. Anti-inflammatory : Ibuprofen will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
