What Causes Red Blotches On The Abdomen?

Question : I may have eaten contaiminated salsa approx 3 weeks ago and now have broken out with large red blotchs on the left side of my stomach 4 days ago and this morning have a patch on my lower left back.
They don't itch.
I also have some pain urinating, did have a light grabbing in my stomach first, then left testicle area and yesterday moved down to back of my left thigh. Stomach no longer has the grabbing. So seems to be moving down and hopefully out?

The blotches may be due to bleeding into the skin. If you could upload a picture, I would be able to get a better idea.
The burning and pain in the scrotum can be from a urinary infection. It would be good to get a blood count ( CBC ) and urine examination done.
